RETURN POLICY:

Mail Order Return Policy

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. There will be no refunds or exchanges on items without the original receipt. All refunds will be processed to the same tender and card number (if applicable) as used for the original sale. We will give a credit for the entire purchase price but will not refund any shipping or customs charges. Please ensure all returns and exchanges are in the product's original condition/packaging with tags attached. Any product that is washed or worn will not be accepted. The Halifax Mooseheads Hockey Club is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Return Exceptions Policy 

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any customized items or collectibles. If there was an error in packaging or processing, please contact us at shop@halifaxmooseheads.ca
