RETURN POLICY:

Mail Order Return Policy

Items can be exchanged or returned for a Mooseshop.ca credit within 30 days from the original purchase date. Please ensure all returns and exchanges are in the product's original condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Any product that has been washed or worn will not be accepted. We will give a credit for the entire purchase price but will not refund any shipping or customs charges. Items cannot be returned or exchanged without the original receipt. The Halifax Mooseheads are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please contact us by sending an email to shop@halifaxmooseheads.ca before shipping any returns.

Pickup/Kiosk Return Policy

Return Exceptions Policy
